We are happy to return your order if there is a sizing issue or you are not 100% satisfied.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t accept your return request.
Your first return/exchange is FREE of charge, however, additional requests will be charged according to your shipping address for additional returns/exchanges.
To claim an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
